  We provide diagnoses of biopsies we receive from healthcare professionals in the New York and metropolitan area. Your physician sent your specimen to our lab for the accurate and informative diagnoses we provide, and you were billed accordingly.
  
  
• How can I have my biopsies sent to McClain Laboratories?
• 
  Call us. We can refer you to a dermatologist in your area. If you already have a physician just ask them to send your specimen to us.
  A printable requisition form to send out with your biopsy can be found in the forms section of our website.
  
  If you don't have insurance or we don't accept the insurance you have, our self pay fee is generally $90 per specimen.
